Mercury is the first to market with an HCMOS Square Wave output TCXO and VCTCXO in a 5 x 7 x 2.5mm 4 pad ceramic leadless surface mount package. This product is lead-free and RoHS compliant.

The M57T and VM57T series is available at +2.8V, +3.0V, +3.3V and +5.0V with a frequency range as low as 2.500MHz and up to 170.000MHz. The frequency stability can be as tight as +/-0.5ppm from 0C to +50C and +/-1ppm over -40C to +85C.

A 0.01uF decoupling capacitor is also built into this package to improve performance and reduces board space, since no external decoupling capacitor is required. This is a must for your next design.
