The smallest footprint and lowest profile surface mount VCXO Mercury offers. This 4 pad ceramic leadless package measures 5 x 3.2 x 1.2mm and is both lead-free and RoHS compliant.

The G534 VCXO series is TTL/CMOS compatible and is available at frequencies from 1.500MHz to 50.000MHz with frequency stabilities as low as ±20ppm at operating temperature ranges of 0C to +70C and -40C to +85C.

Supply voltages of +3.3V and +5.0V are both available. The voltage control on pad 1 can be built to provide a frequency pulling range from ±50ppm to ±150ppm. Pulling ranges greater than ±150ppm are also available at certain frequencies.

Tape and reel is standard packaging making this leadless ceramic package ideal for automatic pick & place machines that will reduce assembly time. This package will also withstand a maximum reflow temperature of 260°C for up to 10 seconds.

Some ideal applications for the G534 VCXO includes phase lock loop designs, SONET/ATM, set-top boxes, MPEG, audio video modulations, video game consoles and HDTV-sets.
